US Shipping: All orders on TM1985.com ship for free to the continental US via USPS or UPS. In general, standard shipping takes 1-3 business days on the East Coast, 3-5 business days for the Midwest and South, and 5-7 business days for the West Coast.
- Note: Insurance and Express shipping is available through FedEx and UPS -- please indicate in a note on your order if you would like express shipping. This service will come at additional costs, so be in touch with us directly to coordinate payment method.
International shipping and customs duties: International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail Express International to Canada, Europe, Asia + Australia. If you are outside of these areas please email us at email@example.com so we can calculate shipping costs.

Returns: Full priced merchandise is eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Cash or credit card refunds are not available. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. In general, TM1985 honors returns if the item(s) can be returned under the following conditions:
- In original packaging
- In new/perfect condition with original hang tags attached
- Within 14 days of original purchase
- Was not discounted or marked "Sale"
- Was purchased directly from www.TM1985.com, TM1985 store, or at an official TM1985 event.
Items purchased on sale, with a promotional discount, samples, and apothecary are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges: Store credit will be processed free of charge. We will send you a unique code you can use at the checkout in the amount of your original purchase. The entire credit amount must be used in one transaction. Unfortunately, any remaining balance cannot be transferred to another purchase.
Defective products: We will handle repairs and replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@TM1985.com with your order number along with photos of the product and detail your problem. You can expect a response in 3-4 business days.
Returned Shipping: Return shipping costs are at customers expense. Once TM1985 approves a return/exchange you may send to:

- Any item that doesn't receive email approval will delay the return process and the potential refund.
- When shipping back, please write your order number on the outside of the box and forward tracking to info@TM1985.com.
Return Processing: After receiving the returned item, it is inspected and restock, and issue a refund to the original payment method. This can take 7-14 business days.
Materials and Construction: The best ingredients form the foundation for a premium product. Sourcing only materials from the US, we search for the highest quality solid brass hardware, 100% cotton waxed and natural canvases, recycled nylon, vegetable tanned leather and heavy-duty cotton webbing from suppliers on and near the East Coast.
Fabrics and colors: There are natural variances in all fabric colors, fiber density, coating, weight, etc. These cause dye lots to vary in color. Although we consider these variances to be minimal, some may vary in person from our product photographs. We strive to make our coloring as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only. Some of the darker fabrics may rub off onto lighter surfaces and vice versa. Keep this in mind when selecting an outfit or when storing your item.
Leathers: The leather we work with comes from a variety of sources and tanning processes. Some will darken slightly over time and with use, some will lighten with sun exposure. Since leather is such an organic material there is some variation from piece to piece. We embrace the natural beauty and character of the leather and the individual markings, healed scars and small imperfections that come with using a richly natural material.
Construction: We strive for perfection in craft and design and aim to create products that last with proper care and occasional maintenance. After the final product is assembled, each piece is carefully inspected, cleaned and packaged to ensure you receive a perfect product.

TM1985 is based in the USA and our hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST, so we're a few hours behind our international customers. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours, so hold tight - we'll get back to you.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories when they have a US zip code. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer.

Is there a waiting list for out of stock bags?
Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting list. However, we work diligently to estimate future availability and then we update the out of stock product with a ship date, you'll then be able to pre-order the item.
